We focus our support on each young person as an individual package, assisting them to achieve the most that they can. Whether through education, training or employment we will endeavour to support them as proactively as possible. Each young person will be supported to help them achieve the following skills; cleaning, cooking, budgeting, time management and social skills. For young people that are ready for the next stage of development we will focus on; CV writing, interview techniques and maintaining positive relationships. We believe each young person is unique and individual, that is why the level of support and the time of support we offer can be tailor made to suit their needs.

In the unfortunate event that a young person should require accommodation with little or no notice, Bespoke Transitions is happy to be able to offer the same high level of accommodation as a planned move.

With the ever increasing number of children and young people being out of education, employment and training we specialise and focus much of our time in looking at ways to change this. With a high success rate in securing all of our young people either an education placement or employment through part time work, full time work and apprenticeships.

Young people have access to our on call system that runs 24 hours a day to provide peace of mind should they need some support regardless of their location.

For young people who are not placed directly within Bespoke Transitions accommodation we offer floating support. We will visit a young person in their own accommodation that may be situated in or around the city. Each young person will still receive the same high levels of individual support as if they were accommodated directly with us and be able to have access to the on-call support service.

For young people who are getting ready to make the transition from foster care or residential care, we offer a ‘Training Flat.’ The young person can move into this flat for a short period of time to gain an insight into what independent living is like. At the end of this set period they will have a better insight into what to expect when they make that permanent jump into independence.

Onsite staffing throughout the day and night to maximise security and stability.

Working in partnership with the local Police to help monitor and keep any anti-social behaviour to a minimum.

Acting as an appropriate adult.

Transport to medical and professional appointments.
