ACCOMMODATION

The standalone building consists of three floors with four one bedroom flats on each floor. The entrance of the building is monitored by CCTV and so is each floor and the exterior of the building. All of our flats are equipped to a very high standard which more than meets the needs of each young person placed. They are newly decorated, clean, tidy and all with modern fixtures and fittings. They are all fully furnished including, washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, a new bed and all storage facilities including wardrobe and chest of draws.

Each individual flat is safe and secure with additional dead locks fitted to the front door of each flat and an intercom system to the main entrance.

There are emergency lights on each floor and day time lights that are energy efficient.

The perimeter of the building is fitted with passive security lights for addition security.

For a more independent setting we have eight one-bedroom flats that are situated within close proximity to Hanley City Centre. This particular accommodation is in the form of four terrace properties that have been converted into two separate dwellings, both an upstairs and a downstairs one bedroom flat. All the properties are decorated and furnished to a high standard and are all in walking distance to the Colleges and bus stops leading straight into the centre. This all provides the perfect opportunity for any young person starting out on their independent journey.
